ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Nothing is impossible with hard work,commitment and dedication.
Our founder MJF Ln.R.Vijayabose has started his journey as a journalist in nagercoil Later he setup a retail business for home appliance in chennai. The Path to success wasn’t always easy for him,yet he didn’t give up. With a constant drive to grow he persisted in his entrepreneurial vision,eventually co-founded Jinibuilders, with an aim to promote independent house at affordable price.

After completing more than 250 projects , he re-branded as Bose Developers in association with A4H ARCHITECTS, to promote Luxury villas for the middle class segment people. In 2020 He Founded Bose Design Xpress which is a design consultant firm that connects architecture to the all segment people globally via Advanced Digital Technologies.Mr.Vijayabose is a Philanthropist who supports a number of social causes through Lion’s Club and various other NGO’s .

2003

Founded JINI BUILDERS PVT LTD with an aim to promote independent houses in guduvanchery at affordable price.

2006

Completed 75 PROJECTS and 10+ Group housing projects at JINI NAGAR,JINI NAGAR EXTENSION,JINI AVENUE, V S AJITH NAGAR in guduvanchery.

2011

Completed 200 PROJECTS and 20+ Group housing projects at VIJAY NAGAR,JINI CITY. FARMS HOUSE PROJECT – JINI FARMS & JINI NAGAR at Vedanthangal APARTMENT PROJECTS jini park at guduvanchery and bose garden at nagercoil

2018

Re branded as BOSE DEVELOPERS in association with A4H ARCHITECTS.we are the first builder in guduvanchery to promote fully furnished luxury villas at affordable price.

2020

Founded BOSE DESIGN XPRESS(a marketing consultancy firm) in association with A4H ARCHITECTS for the purpose of research and development ,with an aim to connect the architecture to the mass via ADVANCED DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES
